KMG International has ordered the shut-down of all Fireball/Afterburner rides serial numbers 1-39, and all Move It rides pending the outcome of the investigation into the incident on July 26, 2017.

Tivoli Enterprises Ltd has issued a shut-down order for their KMG-designed Spin Out rides pending the outcome of the investigation of a serious incident on a KMG Fireball/Afterburner with a similar design.
